Operations Director, Bristol Lifestyle Recovery, A Program of Fairview Housing Management Corporation

Jordan is a resident of east Tennessee and works as operations director for Bristol Lifestyle Recovery. In this position, he helps manage and facilitate the delivery of substance use recovery services for a population of 120+ on-site individuals. As a key leader within the organization, he has played a crucial role in the exponential growth and expansion that has seen the organization grow from under 25 employees to over 125 total employees since his arrival with the company. The expanded service offerings enacted in his time with the company have provided available services to help an additional 100+ individuals. The growth has been defined by the opening and acquisition of two additional treatment facilities in the underserved southwest Virginia region with active plans to expand further. Jordan is committed to making a difference in his community by providing the best possible care for a marginalized sector of society. He will be looking to leverage his continued education at the doctoral level to better define and achieve optimal service outcomes in an industry forecasted to continue growing at a rapid rate.

Jordan obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in economics and a minor in multimedia communication and an MBA with a leadership focus from Milligan University. He obtained these degrees while participating as a scholar athlete for the men’s soccer team.

His current research interest focuses on the interconnection between business process redesign and quality of program services as related to clinically managed outcomes. He plans to explore the impact of strategic realignment initiatives on the success rate of program participants.
