Background
Ben supports high-performance individuals, groups, and organizations to achieve their best outcomes through executive coaching, personality/behavioral assessment, and leadership facilitation. Prior to founding his leadership practice, Ben was president of regional operations for a commercial construction firm. With 25 years of business experience in talent management, operations, strategic planning, and marketing, Ben earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Indianapolis. He also completed his second master’s degree in Organization Development (MSOD) and Executive Coaching Certificate at McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. In addition to family, Ben’s personal interests include yoga, running, and an eclectic mix of non-fiction books. He plans to continue management consulting, teaching and publishing upon completion of his DBA.
Research Interest
Ben’s research interests include employee ownership, entrepreneurship, and psychological ownership. Moreover, Ben’s dissertation focus was on how employee ownership influences entrepreneurial orientation, psychological ownership, and organizational citizenship within the context of corporate governance.
