Background
Tchijica Henriques is a Director of Program Management at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a Fortune 500 company based in Chicago, IL. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Henriques held several positions in accounting and real estate in private firms, both in the US and overseas. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics and a Masters in Real Estate Development from WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is fluent in Portuguese and French and he is a licensed real estate professional. As he becomes increasingly poised to take on higher leadership positions within his organization, Mr. Henriques believes that a DBA will equip him with the most advanced skills and techniques for managing and leading businesses and organizations.

Mr. Henriques’ areas of research interest include Global Business Politics, Finance and Accounting. As the world becomes gradually interconnected and an increased number of businesses explore international opportunities, the need to adjust to a global marketplace becomes pressing. More than just understanding different markets, it is necessary to look at the legal and political ramifications of acquisitions, mergers and globalization as well.
