Background

Veronica Feliciano is an ERP lecturer and military outreach professional at Fayetteville State University, where she teaches enterprise resource planning, supply chain and operations management, and prepares students for careers in business and technology. Her career spans 20 years of U.S. Army service, public‑sector operations management, ERP consulting, organizational change management and higher education. A lifelong learner and natural problem‑solver, Feliciano earned her undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in management and later completed her MBA, shaping her commitment to adult learners and the transformative value of education. She enjoys mentoring students and finding practical ways to improve the experiences of the people she serves. Feliciano is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration to strengthen her work as a scholar‑practitioner and continue making a meaningful impact in higher education.

Feliciano’s research interests include organizational change management and business process improvement. She is particularly interested in the true cost of institutional processes — not only to universities, but to students in terms of money, time, opportunity and personal well‑being. Her goal is to explore how structured, human‑centered change management can reduce barriers to student success while helping higher education institutions become more effective, responsive and sustainable.
