Background

Brad has served in various Strategy, Operations, Risk and Program Management roles in nearly 17 years at Bank of America.  Currently, he is the Business Risk and Strategy Executive for Wholesale Risk Analytics which develops and maintains forecasting and analytic tools used in risk management decision-making. He has earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (’00), an MBA from Pfeiffer University (’05) and a master’s degree in Project Management from Western Carolina University (’08). He holds the PMI® Project Management Professional designation and FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses.  Brad lives in Charlotte, NC and his hobbies include golf and spending time with his wife and four sons. Brad pursued the DBA to further develop his research and analysis skills to address increasingly complex business questions.

Research Interest

Brad’s research interest is in Operating and Organizational Design strategies for knowledge-intensive organizations and industries.
