Background
Dmitry Fedorov is a Charlotte-based real estate broker, developer, and business owner with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning real estate development, healthcare administration, law, and marketing. He is the founder and owner of Luchy Group Corporation and Luchy Resort—one of the most recognized country clubs in Moscow. Under his leadership, Luchy Group has developed more than 1,000 properties across Russia.
Fedorov’s background includes work across diverse industries and global markets. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science, a Juris Master in Law, and master’s degrees in public health and real estate finance. In the United States, he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from UNC Charlotte and completed executive programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of San Diego, and the Digital Marketing Institute.
He is a Certified Digital Marketing Expert (AMA), a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, and a certified remote drone pilot. His technical skill set includes digital analytics (Google, Facebook), Tableau, and Excel. He is fluent in Russian and experienced in cross-border business operations, particularly between the U.S. and Russia.
Fedorov is passionate about building sustainable businesses, creating systems that support scalable operations, and investing in ventures with long-term cash flow. He is currently focused on U.S. real estate investment opportunities and managing resort operations in Moscow. Outside of work, he enjoys daily workouts, studying U.S. tax and investment laws, and engaging in hands-on learning through entrepreneurial projects.
