Harry Cui
Background
Harry Cui holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in finance. He currently serves as an investment manager at Panorama Holdings, a Charlotte-based real estate investment and development firm, where he manages a portfolio exceeding $500 million in assets across multifamily, hospitality, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
With more than eight years of experience, Cui has led several high-performing initiatives, including a multifamily development that earned the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2018 Heavy Hitter Award and delivered over 30% internal rate of return (IRR) for investors. In the hospitality sector, he led the acquisition, due diligence, asset management, and refinancing of multiple hotels in New York—achieving significant interest savings and investor distributions. He also played a key role in launching real estate investment funds targeting distressed assets and Opportunity Zone tax-advantaged projects.
Cui holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and joined the YPO Key Associate Forum in 2025, where he collaborates with peers across industries. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and actively competing in grass volleyball tournaments on weekends.
