Background

Jordan is a resident of East Tennessee and works as the operations director for Bristol Lifestyle Recovery. In this position, he helps manage and facilitate the delivery of substance use recovery services for a population of over 120 on-site individuals. As a key leader within the organization, he has played a crucial role in the exponential growth and expansion that has seen the organization grow from under 25 employees to over 125 employees since his arrival. The expanded service offerings enacted during his tenure have provided services to help an additional 100+ individuals. This growth has been marked by the opening and acquisition of two additional treatment facilities in the underserved Southwest Virginia region, with active plans to expand further. Jordan is committed to making a difference in his community by providing the best possible care for a marginalized sector of society. He aims to leverage his continued education at the doctoral level to better define and achieve optimal service outcomes in an industry forecasted to continue growing rapidly.

Jordan obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in economics and a minor in multimedia communication and an MBA with a leadership focus from Milligan University. He earned these degrees while participating as a scholar-athlete for the men’s soccer team.

Research Interest

Jordan’s current research interest focuses on the interconnection between business process redesign and the quality of program services as related to clinically managed outcomes. He plans to explore the impact of strategic realignment initiatives on the success rate of program participants.
