Kim Harris is a versatile, accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning academia, business operations, data analytics and process improvement. Kim’s entrepreneurial mindset, combined with technological skills, is propelling her into executive leadership and advisory positions where she can effectively drive innovation and growth in operations, strategy and business transformation.

With her expansive experience in optimizing business processes, mentoring teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Kim is dedicated to creating positive workplace environments that encourage both individual and organizational growth through engagement and behavioral change. She aims to shape sensible business practices and aspires to be a cultural literacy influencer in society.

Kim earned her baccalaureate degree in Mathematics from Troy University, and her master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Health Informatics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Kim enjoys participating in recreational activities, and spending quality time with family and friends.
