Pradhan’s experience includes roles in banking, financial management, and entrepreneurship. These roles have fueled her passion for applying financial knowledge to enhance profitability, streamline operations, and deliver tailored financial solutions. From identifying cost-saving opportunities in retail and service environments to managing cash flow and advising customers, she is committed to promoting financial literacy, encouraging sound decision-making, and supporting long-term economic growth within organizations.

Currently, Pradhan is a business owner actively engaged in all aspects of operations—from daily management to long-term strategic planning.
