Nicole Elliott Godlock is a Senior Project Delivery Leader in the Healthcare and Life Sciences division of Pegasystems. She obtained a Master of Science in Health Informatics from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University. As a Senior Project Delivery Leader, she is responsible for managing software implementations and upgrades for Pegasystems’ healthcare and life sciences clients. Prior to joining Pegasystems, Nicole was a Manager of Payer Technology Services for Optum. Nicole is pursuing a DBA to expand her knowledge of business and management in preparation for future senior leadership positions in consulting and healthcare technology. Nicole is also pursuing a DBA to fulfill her lifelong goal of obtaining a doctorate degree.
Nicole is a wife and mother of three children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, baking, and cycling.
Nicole’s research interest focuses on leveraging technology to address health disparities and improve patient outcomes.
