Randell Nairn is the Finance Manager for Narrative 4, Inc. She is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of this international non-profit organization which aims at building empathy amongst youth. Prior to this, she worked for Aramark Higher Education for eight years in various capacities, with her most advanced role being the Director of Finance and Operations. She obtained her MBA in 2016 from the University of Tampa, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of South Florida in 2013. In her spare time, Randell enjoys traveling and working with youth. Randell is interested in pursuing a DBA to assist in her ultimate career goal as a business consultant and adjunct university professor.
Randell is looking forward to researching how innovation in small business restaurants can be used to boost profits.
