Keondra earned her baccalaureate degree in English from George Mason University and her Master’s of Business Administration from Averett University. She is currently the Executive in Residence, Director of the Passport to Professional Success Program, and Management Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Her previous work experience includes working as a Training Coordinator where she assisted small and large organizations to streamline training programs to sustain and create an effective workforce.
Keondra is pursuing a DBA to become knowledgeable in evidence-based research practices and consulting with small businesses.
Keondra enjoys traveling to Virginia to spend time with family and friends, watching sports and cooking.
Keondra’s general area of research interest includes strategic and organization management. More specifically, she has an interest in small businesses and women in leadership.
