Jeffrey has 20 years of work experience and has spent the last 13 on the manufacturer/medical device side of the healthcare industry.  He has held numerous leadership roles within different key business functions including sales, marketing, product development, global business development, M&A, training, GPO, acute and non-acute, channel/distribution and commercial excellence. Because of these various roles, Jeffrey has been involved with many markets of healthcare including hospital, alt site, GPO, supplies/disposables, physician preference, capital, IT/connectivity and software.

Jeffrey is a strategic thinker who enjoys taking on new challenges. He has been asked to take on many new roles to rebuild or rethink business plans and strategies and then execute them. This is especially relevant in his current role, which is to lead and build out an organization from zero employees to 50+ and grow top line revenues over $150M in 5 years.

Jeffrey currently works as an Area Vice President of U.S. Sales for the alternate site business at Baxter Healthcare. He is responsible for building out a field sales team with a go-to-market business plan/strategy and an Animal Health and 503B/A organization to better position Baxter as the shift of care being delivered continues to move outside of the hospital setting. These teams and businesses represent $500M of revenue within the U.S.

Jeffrey has an MBA with a concentration in healthcare from Wingate University. He has a B.S. in business administration/management with a minor in biology from Elmira College, where he also played 3 years of varsity college basketball.

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) will help Jeffrey understand various ways of researching and solving complex business and healthcare problems. He looks forward to this program better equipping him to take on future executive level positions within the healthcare industry.
