BJ Fungaroli received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. He has also received a Master’s of Business Administration from Elon University. After spending a career in the environmental remediation and demolition industry he turned this experience into theoretical application in the education of existing and future construction management leaders. The apex of his career was leading the formation, growth and eventual sale of a national award-winning specialty construction firm. By combining the experiential leadership experience and further academic understanding, his interests will be focusing on consulting and coaching to the senior management levels of affected building contractors. During these studies, he continues to lead the consulting arm of their boutique real estate and investment firm.
BJ’s research interests are to aid in the success of the specialty building contractor. His focus will be on producing research in the clinical understanding of the specific areas of the entrepreneurial, managerial, and developmental practices of this underserved industry.
